If some of you guys were wondering, I applied to the BasqueStage again!
The Basque Stage is an awesome program geared towards people like me who love food and want to experience and learn from top restaurants in the Basque Country! It’s a 6 month program where the winners are emerged in cuisine and culture. From learning how to make charcuterie and working at a 3 michelin star restaurant, Martin Berasategui to a local bakery. Sounds so awesome!
