Chef Tom's Pork Belly
So I’ve decided to post this recipe because it is super simple and absolutely delicious. (And also because my brother wanted to know about it).
So yeah, this dish is a highlight of one of my classes when Chef Tom made this for us for scooby snacks. And my class loved it so much that we recreated it for the event called “Our Plate”.

Post Graduation

So I’m quite excited. I just received an email saying that I’ve made it and am a finalist to the Basque Stage. =)
The basque stage is this opportunity to go to Spain for 6 months to stage at Martin Berasatagui, which is a 3 michelin star restaurant up in the basque region of spain.
So Yeah. There are a few more things to do in the application. So I shall keep yall posted...
