Eggettes Part 2
Fail Part 2.

Lunch for my mom =)
So as my mom works really hard in doing her ministry, one of the ways I support her is to feed her. =) I was also experimenting with my semi-softboiled eggs, and this is the meal that came out of experimentation.
To start off, we have a cesar salad with the eggs! =D added a little kick to the cesar with raw minced garlic and mustard to the cesar dressing.
Then, there’s garlic bread...

I LOVE eggs. And I especially LOVE eggs in Japanese Ramen.

These eggs are completely hardboiled nor are they soft boiled, the egg yolk is still somewhat solidified. They are amazing.

and it works pretty darn well!

Dinner
Simple Dinner. We bought some roasted meats and made some veggies.
theres roast pig, soy steamed fish, Spareribs(in the claypot), soy chicken, cabbage with chinese mushrooms and snow peas with preserved olives.

So Hong Kong has a snack eggettes, or 雞蛋仔 that are sold in street vendors.
