So as my mom works really hard in doing her ministry, one of the ways I support her is to feed her. =) I was also experimenting with my semi-softboiled eggs, and this is the meal that came out of experimentation. I LOVE eggs. And I especially LOVE eggs in Japanese Ramen. Simple Dinner. We bought some roasted meats and made some veggies. theres roast pig, soy steamed fish, Spareribs(in the claypot), soy chicken, cabbage with chinese mushrooms and snow peas with preserved olives. =)
So Hong Kong has a snack eggettes, or 雞蛋仔 that are sold in street vendors.
