Failed Marble Baileys Cheesecake =(
ACK. So first of all, I’ve been SOO ridiculously busy, which explains why I have so little posts. Sorry to whoever reads this blog, but I will try an update it more often. =)
So anyway, this is a sad cheesecake because I over-baked it, and it cracked. =( Essentially, I looked through a couple of recipes and ended up mixing a marble cheesecake with Baileys. It turned out to be quite tasty,...
Apple pie.

Edit: So this pie was a collaboration between Hanna, Colin and me. Hanna wonderfully handpicked a TON of apples and hence, this apple pie was born! Colin weaved the top, and I just did the little things here and there. Voila!
